How do I reset my PIN?
Go to Settings → Security → Reset PIN. An OTP will be sent to your phone.
When do settlements arrive?
All Mobile Money transactions settle instantly. Virtual cards are instant too.
What are your transaction limits?
Collections: UGX 1,000–5,000,000. Withdrawals: UGX 1,000–2,000,000.
Do you charge monthly fees?
No. You only pay per transaction. No monthly or setup fees.
