Governing law: Uganda

"LivePay", "we", "us" means (livepay.me), LIVETRADERX LTD registered in Uganda.

"You", "user" means anyone using LivePay services.

"Service" means payment processing, transactions, and related services via LivePay.

2.1 LivePay provides payment processing services.

2.2 You must comply with these Terms, laws, and regulations.

3.1 You must register with accurate info.

3.2 Accounts aren't transferable.

3.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance.

4.1 Transactions are processed in UGX or supported currencies.

4.2 We may apply fees (listed on our site).

4.3 Transactions may be delayed or rejected due to compliance checks.

5.1 If funds are inactive for >30 days, a maintenance fee of 30,000 UGX/month applies.

5.2 We'll notify you before charging fees.

6.1 You must provide ID, address proof per Uganda's AML laws.

6.2 We may request additional info for high-risk transactions.

6.3 LivePay complies with Uganda's Financial Intelligence Authority guidelines.

7.1 Refunds are processed per our Refund Policy (on our site).

7.2 Chargebacks may apply for disputed transactions.

7.3 You must report unauthorized transactions within 24 hours.

8.1 LivePay isn't liable for indirect losses.

8.2 You indemnify us for losses due to your actions.

9.1 Disputes are resolved via mediation/arbitration in Uganda.

10.1 We collect data to provide services.

10.2 Data is protected per Uganda's Data Protection Act.

11.1 We can update Terms with notice via email/site.

12.1 These Terms are governed by Ugandan law.
